The Strixhaven: School of Mages Collector Booster Box contains 12 Strixhaven Collector Boosters. Each pack contains 15 Magic cards and 1 foil double-sided token, with a combination of 5–6 Rare or Mythic Rare cards, 4–5 Uncommons, and 5–6 Commons (2 foil etched cards, 11 traditional foils, and 2 nonfoils).

Every Strixhaven Collector Booster contains a total of 6 cards with special alt-frame treatments, including 1–3 Extended Art cards, 0–2 Borderless cards, and 3–4 Mystical Archive cards (2 foil etched and 1–2 traditional foils, with 1–3 Japanese alt-art variants). One foil etched Mystical Archive Rare, Mythic Rare, or Uncommon is always a foil etched Japanese alt-art Mystical Archive card.
